Watteeu Art Gallery – Interactive Web Prototype

Watteeu website is an art gallery prototype that reimagines the digital exhibition experience through a refined, brutalist and minimalist interface. This project is the result of a close collaboration between myself and Quentin Lamouroux, a Brussels-based graphic and type designer. Together, we set out to translate the gallery’s unique atmosphere into a web experience that feels both elegant and accessible.
For this prototype, I led the web development and contributed to the creative process, from UX/UI research to interface design and subtle animations. The site is built as a lightweight HTML and CSS prototype, focusing on clarity, usability, and visual harmony. Our goal was to create a digital space that complements the gallery’s artistic vision, while providing visitors with an intuitive and engaging way to explore the collection.
This project reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful design and seamless user experience, laying the groundwork for future digital initiatives at Watteeu.
